The sculpture “Lightening (and Thunder) is a repurpose of an earlier sculpture with a new harmonic bell. It is cast in bronze and plays with the idea of the strange connection between the flash of lightning and the following crack of thunder, exposing the differential speed differences between the travel of light and the travel of sound.
