Time Passes

After intuitively connecting these two unrelated entities it occurred to me that I had fashioned one completely new existence and co-joined it with one which had had a previous existence and previous purpose. Hence, beginning a new encounter and new life experience for both parties and another round of timeless impermanence and rebirth.

Lynne Edey

Lynne Edey has been a practicing sculptor for over 50 years, exhibiting with galleries Distelfink, Hawthorn, Span in Flinders Lane and Scott Liversy in Armadale. More recently Edey works mainly from her studio, working in bronze, Ciment fondu, plaster and paper mâché etc. Edey's commissions allow her to create site specific works within the landscape, her greatest passion. Her works are in private collections within Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Europe.
